Know More About Trademark Objection
Once you submit the trademark application the trademark registrar examines your proposed trademark application. The trademark registry runs an existing trademark search report to see whether your trademark is a distinct mark or not or conflicting other existing trademarks.
If your trademark has been objected to, you will have to file a reply to that trademark examination report within one of the month of trademark objection notification. The trademark registry provides you with 1 month time to file your reply.
Without filing trademark objection reply your trademark application process will not proceed further and may lead to withdrawal or cancellation of your trademark application. We have an expert team of IP lawyers who file trademark objection reply after careful consideration of your case to case basis objection raised by Trademark registry.
